The Prudential Assurance team executes framework and thematic assurance reviews which are used to assess Macquarie’s residual risk.

**What role will you play?**

As a Prudential Assurance Analyst, you will work across Macquarie’s businesses and support groups to independently assess regulatory compliance through an established Prudential Assurance program. You will ensure effective governance of prudential regulator correspondence and contribute to management reporting.

You will plan, scope and complete prudential assurance activities, engage with stakeholders to facilitate process walkthroughs and control testing and maintain thorough documentation to support assurance reviews and conclusions. You will also monitor and record regulator interactions and track timely completion of associated actions.

**About the Risk Management Group**

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Behavioural Risk, Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, and RMG Enterprise Support.
