**The Role**
As the Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse account portfolio, including subscription and transactional customer accounts. This is an opportunity for you to be a part of an already growing Company and contribute to the growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage directly with customers, guiding them to optimize the products
- Surpass revenue targets by delivering exceptional customer support and promoting product adoption within your portfolio
- Assist new customers through the onboarding process
- Develop and execute success plans for existing customers
- Collaborate with the Solutions and Implementation Manager to support and expand customer accounts
- Collect and convey customer feedback to the product and marketing teams, playing a pivotal role in product decisions
- Listen to market and customer needs, relaying insights to the Marketing and Product Teams
- Test, address, and escalate reported bugs and platform issues
- Manage the opportunity funnel in HubSpot, ensuring pipeline and forecast accuracy
**Key Criteria**
- 2-3 years in a client-facing role, SaaS company experience preferred
- Experience in selling or supporting HR solutions or talent management technologies, or experience in an HR role
- Exceptional ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse personalities
- System-oriented and process-driven mindset
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand new software
- Ability to work independently
- Highly ethical, reliable, and a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ChurnZero, and Zendesk is a plus
