**The Responsibilities**:
Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective remote students and businesses efficiently

Own targets and manage a robust sales pipeline; build and cultivate relationships on an ongoing basis to drive results

Interview prospective remote students to ensure that their qualifications and interests are a match for our programs

Host webinars and virtual info sessions to recruit remote students

**Requirements**:

- Sales Team Training: Provide ongoing training, support, and incentives that motivate and retain sales team members

Australian Admissions Team (Sales Team) - General Assembly

We are the front-line of GA If someone clicks through our website and requests information for GA's courses. We are responsible for guiding that student from inquiry to enrolment. Making sure we give them the necessary information and support needed to find the most suitable course for them. Customer service is at the core of what we do. We pride ourselves on making this experience as easy and as comfortable as possible for the student. Often people are exploring our courses to change career It's a big step. So making sure we provide exceptional service is imperative.
