We deliver essential and building maintenance services across a diverse range of industries. Due to growth, we have an exciting opening for a General Service Lead to join our growing team. Working across some of the most highly sought commercial office space in the CBD, this role will be the perfect fit if you're a motivated Handyperson keen to work across state of art buildings, joined by a great team.

**About the Role**:
General Maintenance Delivery across multiple premium grade buildings in the CBD, covering a broad range of tasks related to facility upkeep including reactive Maintenance Response and Delivery for a variety of building assets.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, plastering, and minor repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to doors, locks, furniture, plumbing fixtures, and other general building systems.
- Support tradespeople with larger jobs by performing preparatory work and routine inspections.
- Manage reactive maintenance requests efficiently and provide timely responses.
- Liaise with clients and provide professional, courteous service to address their concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes for all tasks performed.
- Reporting to General services Lead and Account Manager.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in general maintenance or as a handyman across multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting).
- Good knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in general building maintenance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with other trades or contractors.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety protocols relevant to building maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Requirements**:

- Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Working at Heights
- First Aid
- Carpentry qualification
- COVID-19 Vaccinated (at least three preferably)
