**What will you be doing?**
Our clients work across multiple industries, such as healthcare, transport and trade services.

Based in the CBD and surrounding suburbs, Our clients are all very different to each other, but they do have one thing in common, they all want to provide exceptional service to their customers.

In these positions, you will be the first point of contact for all customers calling with an enquiry. As well as calls, you will be required to undertake Administration and data entry duties.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for people who want to create a fabulous customer experience. Ideally, you will be a bright, enthusiastic person interested in developing customer service skills. You will also enjoy problem-solving and finding solutions, with a strong willingness to learn.

Preferably, you will have past experience in contact centre customer service, or perhaps you come from a retail or hospitality background and are looking to take the next step in your career.

**Key Requirements**
- Australian Citizenship or PR
- Experience in Customer Service (Call Centre, Retail, Hospitality)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box
