**Role**
- Managing of the daily activities of the warehouse ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Supervising the Loading/unloading trucks including 20ft and 40ft containers
- Assist in the allocation of appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets
- Supervise and monitor the activities of the team in the day to day functions
- Liaise with other departments to ensure deliveries schedules meet set deadlines
- Must be able to work under pressure, use initiative and multitask to ensure client satisfaction is met.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Experience working in /3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles is desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
- Proven experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System.
- Proven Continuous Improvement and problem solving skills
- Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and Team goals
- Organizational skills to ensure operation excellence
- Desire to take ownership
- Personal resilience. Able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- To be highly organized and possess great time management skills
- Inventory control
- Experience in reverse logistics
- 3PL background - highly desirable
- Experience in entire returns process
- Computer literacy & exposure to a warehouse management system
- A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Current Forklift License including HR

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- DERRIMUT, VIC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
