- We are seeking a HR Advisor to commence immediately on a contract basis, and there is the opportunity for permanency.
- **About the Role**

As the HR Advisor you will proactively support HR functions including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, performance management, injury management, employee relations, reward and recognition, retention strategies, learning and development, and analysis and reporting.
Provide assistance to managers with regards to performance management, including coordination of performance and remuneration reviews and processes.
- Support managers with the interpretation of, and adherence to, policies and procedures and interpretation of employment legislation.
- Manage, coordinate and support the delivery of HR projects, programs and people initiatives which support retention, engagement and development.
- Ensure that grievances, complaints and ER matters are handled promptly and sensitively, and provide timely and appropriate advice and support to business leaders.
- Provide coaching, support and advice to managers in relation to all facets of HR.

**About You**

You will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure. You will have extensive experience within a senior HR position and relevant qualifications.
