Our team at Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation is all about delivering patient centric care with a rehab plan focused on physical activity.

**What you’ll do**
- Prescribe exercise programs to clients afflicted with injury or illness under a compensable-injury policy (Workers Compensation and Life Insurance)
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, resulting in regular, repeat referrals
- Case notes and report-writing
- Communicate with stakeholders including; specialists, GP’s, vocational rehab, injury managers and other allied health professionals
- See 5-6 patients per day

- Membership with ESSA as an AEP at the commencement of the position
- Industry experience desirable but graduates are welcome to apply
