The primary purpose of this role is to uplift the capability of Claims Suppliers to enable AAL business goals by analysing learning needs, designing, delivering, embedding, and evaluating learning solutions that build Supplier capability and skills for today and tomorrow that are aligned to technical and regulatory requirements.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Utilise contemporary adult learning principles and techniques to develop and deliver learning and capability solutions to external service supplier to Allianz.
- Deliver a broad range of General Insurance Claims programs from Supplier induction to upskilling programs across a broad group of external audiences.
- Due Diligence on External Supplier learning attestations and sampling of accreditations to ensure they meet Allianz requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through developing feedback loops from internal stakeholder groups with the aim of uplifting supplier capability and customer experience.
- Balance the supplier learning experience and innovation with a commercial lens through modern and ‘fit for purpose’ adult learning methodologies, aligned to our learning strategy and culture.

**About you**:

- Experience in learning and development in General Insurance
- Experience designing and delivering learning in a medium to large corporate organisation, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of learning methodologies and technology platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering engaging, successful learning solutions that enable business goals and outcomes.
