**About You**:
You will describe yourself as an energetic and happy professional who understands the importance of what exceptional customer experience looks like. You are tech savvy and progressive with online advancements and as a result, will have no problems getting your head around a variety of software packages and you have a genuine desire to learn and grow.

**The Opportunity**:
Your role will be to work closely with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional results. We are an amazing group both in technical and legislative know-how but also are guided by heart-centred values, showing that people are always at the core of what we do.

**Working full time hours, your main duties will include**:

- Payroll.
- Preparation of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements.
- Accounts Receivable/Debtor Management.
- Accounts Payable.
- Monthly Reporting.
- Strategic Bookkeeping.

**To be considered for thus great role you will have**:

- Previous Experience in a Bookkeeping Position is essential.
- Experience with a Public Practice.
- Real Estate and Trust Accounting experience will be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with Accounts for Multiple Entities.
- Experience with Xero.
- Sound knowledge of GST legislation and experience.
- The ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact, discretion, initiative, and sound judgement.
- A have high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Be extremely well organised and work well under the pressure of deadlines.
- Have a team mentality, sound interpersonal skills, supporting colleagues and clients.
