Our client is expanding their manufacturing prowess with a significant investment in a state-of-the-art $90 million production line. This growth presents multiple full-time, permanent positions for experienced Fitter Operators. **Your New Role**

You will be playing a pivotal role in:

- Upholding Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Building effective relationships and collaborating across teams.
- Ensuring product quality meets customer expectations.
- Meeting planned production and delivery schedules.
- Conducting maintenance and improvement of machinery and equipment.
- Implementing process enhancements and engaging in new project work.

**What We Look For**
- Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment and hands-on machine operation.
- Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work within a 24/7 operation, embracing shift work.
