**The Role**

The Project and Policy Officer (PPO) is part of the Community Services Monitoring Unit which is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the delivery of community services and reporting on systemic issues under the Community Services (Complaints Reviews and Monitoring) Act 1993 (CS CRAMA).

The Project and Policy Officer contributes to strategic inquiries, research, projects and systemic reviews to meet the Ombudsman’s responsibilities in relation to community services.

**About you**
- You will have tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (eg law, public policy, social science).
- You have experience in researching, examining or investigating systemic and complex issues relating to community services.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You produce high quality, accurate work and communicate well with a diverse stakeholder group.
