**Gaming Supervisor - Pub Bistro - Croydon**

**The Company**

Join this family owned and operated Pub Bistro Group With multiple successful venues across Victoria and more to come, they are seeking dedicated Gaming Supervisors to join their senior team. This Pub/Bistro is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, comprising of indoor and outdoor dining, sports bar, gaming and TAB. The group prides themselves on delivering outstanding customer service with a relaxed friendly atmosphere, hoping to capture the opportunity to bring families together.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Gaming Manager you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of a busy gaming room comprising of 100 machines. Seeking an individual who has a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role and the ability to work on a rotating roster, including some nights, weekends and graveyards.

**What you bring to the role**

Successful applicants with have the excellent knowledge in the following:

- Gaming and TAB operations
- Food and Beverage service.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- A hands on approach to all set tasks
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Ability to motivate and train staff
- Current RSA, RSG, Victorian Gaming Licence & TAB Accreditation
- Strong communication skills and be customer service driven
- Deliver accurate reporting as required
- Previous experience in a similar role of a busy multi outlet venue (gaming, bistro, kitchen, bar and functions)
- Be available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- A professional, mature and confident personality
