**Are you MyFirstGym Salisbury's next Martial Arts Instructor?**
**We are seeking an experienced Martial Arts instructor in any of the following disciplinaries**:
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
- Taekwondo
- Karate
A coach’s role is to be the face and magic behind the facilitation of classes a MyFirstGym. A coach is responsible for inspiring movement through magical moments within their classes that see children leaving with a smiling red face excited to return for more.
As a MyFirstGym coach you are the face of the business and with that comes the responsibility of ensuring your classes are run to a quality that sees trials join on the day based off how magical their experience was in the class.
Also it is the role of a coach to ensure the club retains its members through great coaching experiences which lead to progression and confidence in every member.
A MyFirstGym Coach is not just a coach, they are a mentor, friend and role model with a passion to inspire children through movement and fitness.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing a quality member experience
- Class performance and utilisation within their classes
- Maintaining required certifications and blue card
- Ensuring to follow programs provided by the MyFirstGym programming team
- Providing programming feedback to the Head Coach
**Job requirements**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years Coaching experience
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Weekend Availability
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Salisbury, QLD 4107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Martial arts: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Working with Children Check (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Work Location: In person
