**About the role**:
The Manager, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Policy will support the design and implementation of priority reforms to Victorian alcohol and other drug (AOD) system where, as Victorians, we are supported to make decisions in relation to AOD use that help us lead a life we value. You will be a high performing team member with strong strategy and/or policy development and systems thinking skills; complemented by superior communication, problem solving, and project management capabilities. You will also have experience in undertaking analysis and presentation of data to inform government decision making, along with the ability to work flexibly to respond to a range of emerging issues and evolving priorities.
