**The opportunity**:
The variety of your role will include:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide accurate forecasts, projections, and reports.
- Develop comprehensive school fee financial models to support various business functions, such as forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Perform comprehensive financial modelling to support business planning processes.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret financial data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks or opportunities for various pricing scenarios.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of various decisions on fees, enrolments and revenue.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and revenue generating opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial modelling and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately.
- A valid Working With Children Check for paid work
