**About the Role**

**_ This is a full time (35 hours per week), permanent role. This position will be located in Liverpool. _**

In this management role you will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of therapeutic case work interventions and case management services for young people 9-15 years and their families.

Day to day, you will coordinate, manage and lead the Youth Hope team delivering an integrated therapeutic and case management model of service with a focus on trauma informed and neurodevelopmental approach.

**About You**
- Previous management experience within the community services sector working with young people, children and families
- Demonstrated understanding of Child Protection issues with capacity to identify risk and respond with appropriate safety planning
- Experience leading and coordinating intensive support services for young people and families who have complex needs.
- Experiencing in developing and implementing systems, systems, processes and practice frameworks
- Demonstrated commitment to ensuring best practice, utilising a trauma informed and neurodevelopmental framework
