**Christ Church Inner West is seeking a part-time Property Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of property at our multi-site parish: Ashfield, Five Dock, Haberfield & Drummoyne.**

The mission of Christ Church Inner West (CCIW) is to be a community under Jesus Christ that helps people** find grace, learn hope and be light.**

The role includes:

- Manage annual program of property maintenance across four sites.
- Ensure that compliance is maintained for items such as fire systems and equipment, and elevator registration.
- Secure quotes and oversee contractors and tradespeople in regular maintenance and small to medium building projects.
- Manage adhoc property repairs as they arise.
- Work with the church wardens in identifying and planning for longer term property refurbishment and upgrades.
- Work with the Senior Minister in relation to any Diocesan property responsibilities.
- Source new tenants for a small portfolio of shops and houses, and oversee ongoing management of tenancies.
