We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate OSHC Coordinator at one of our locations in Cheltenham
**. **If you are experienced in the early childhood or OSHC sector and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

**The Role**:
The Coordinator role is split shift, working before and after school sessions as well as holiday programs.
- 7:00am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:00pm and 8.5 hours of administration
- Lead, train and guide in best practice to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care
- Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children
- Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
- Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with training, coaching and management of a team
- Experience in the childcare sector
- High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Requirements**:
In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:

- Employee Working with Children Check
- First Aid + CPR Certificate
- Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
- Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
