Cw3 Roller Operator/labourer

**Synaco Global Recruitment** are looking for **Civil ROLLER Machinery Operators, Labourers** to work in the Wide-Bay **Burnett Region - Paradise Dam is **2**0km north-west of Biggenden** and 80km south-west of Bundaberg. This project works involve the upgrading of 4 standalone sections & the treatment of 23 individual crests along Grills Rd over estimated 14km (Paradise Dam Road). The works typically involve Clearing & grubbing, Realignment, Pavement reconstruction, Manoeuvre widening, Earthworks, Embankment widening, Improvements to property access, Intersection improvements, Drainage works, Signage & line marking works. You may also be required to direct traffic through worksites, move materials around the site and operate company vehicles used in road working and assist with general labouring site duties.

These roles are casual but with full-time hours which may lead to something more permanent in the future. The current project’s estimated length of time is around 9months - clearing 14km of road leading into the dam, with the actual compound located at the Dam. DIDO out roles only.

**Opportunity/Position**

- DIDO role only.
- Must be available for shifts Monday to Friday, and some Saturday’s if required.
- 10-12hour shifts - Start time 6.30am
- Excellent rates of pay
- Travell allowance daily

**Must have/be able to**:

- Prior Civil Road construction experience
- **White card**:

- **Drivers Licence - Own Transport**:

- **ROLLER Machinery Operator tickets**:

- Must have Full PPE
- Must have reliable transport to and from the work location.
- Reliable team player
- Physically fit.
- Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test, Pre employment medical/and or police check, if required.
