**About the Role**:
The role of the Licencing and Accreditation Advisor is responsible for the day to day administration and monitoring of the Group’s Licensing and Accreditation Framework which involves coordinating and overseeing accreditations, licencing and certification audit; processes and inspections and working across the various business areas to track and monitor corrective actions and continuous improvement plans as required. Currently ongoing accreditation with respect to ISO9001, ISO14001 ANZRP5377, HACCP, NDIS, council audits, licencing for the children’s residential facilities (CRF) and NDIS and NRSCH is applicable to the Minda group activities and services -coordinating and overseeing accreditations, licencing, and certification audits

Success in the role will be achieved through the adoption of a continuous improvement approach to ensure the adoption of contemporary approaches in all compliance and licensing and accreditation activities. The Group has a diverse range of activities and business streams with a complex regulatory and funding environment; the ability to support a diverse range of regulatory and licensing requirements is critical to the success of the role.

**In this Role you will be responsible for**:
**Licensing; Accreditations / Certifications**
- Administer and monitor the Group Licensing and Accreditation Framework and Schedule to facilitate ongoing achievement of required licenses and accreditation with continuous improvement achievement
- Oversee the scheduling; preparation; delivery and closure of all licence and accreditation processes contained within the Group Licensing and Accreditation Framework this
- Maintain the Group Continuous Improvement Plan and delivery of the required actions within including capture of any non-conformances or opportunities for improvement (OFI) identified in audits and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

**Regulatory Reporting**
- Assist with the response and action required in response to compliance / regulatory notices received from third party regulators (including the NDIA) as applicable.
- Assist with reporting for executive and board concerning regulatory and compliance requirements as appropriate

**Other**
- Support the team with maintenance and development of the policy; and compliance framework (including the Obligations Register) to ensure legislative and regulatory requirements are appropriately captured and referenced in internal policy/process and practices.
- Coordinate and contribute to governance projects as needed.
- Proactively look for opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

You will possess relevant tertiary level qualification or equivalent experience in Quality auditing and auditing processes as well as project management.

Additionally, you will possess:

- Experience in assessing compliance with legislation, and reporting on analysis and outcomes
- Experience managing projects and/or completing service reviews
- Experience in maintaining quality systems, processes and practice
- Experience in relevant standards and legislation, including ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, NDIS Practice Standards, Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017 will be highly regarded
- Sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft SharePoint
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
