**Job Description**:
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

- Plan and prepare training and assessment sessions to ensure the required resources are available to support the delivery.
- Deliver and coordinate training in accordance with the requirements of the training and assessment strategy using training methods that progressively instill knowledge and skills into learners.
- Conduct assessment in accordance with the principles of assessment and the designated assessment strategy.
- Undertake own professional development activities to continue to develop competence and maintain currency of skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain employment, education and further training networks.
- Contribute to SGS ACADEMY systematic approach to continuous improvement. This includes identifying opportunities and implementation for improvement.
- Evaluate the training program, retaining written feedback for review and discussion with the appropriate Manager.
- Participate in internal and external audits and undertake follow up actions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**
- Minimum TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Minimum qualifications in courses approved to deliver
- ** Experience**
- Experience delivering Confined Spaces including Breathing Apparatus and Rescue, Working at Heights, and Low Voltage Rescue and CPR (Essential).
- Experience in a similar roles with relevant and current engagement with industry
- Site Safety Supervisor (S123 / G189), RIIRIS402E Carry out the Risk Management Process (G2), Provide First Aid and / or Fire Training (Desirable)
- ** Technical**
- Extensive knowledge and experience in delivering VET programs
- Ability to develop VET training programs aligned to the AQF, Training Package and Standards for RTO’s 2015.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of the Standards for RTO’s 2015
- Hold active ABN and Insurances
- Flexibility in work days
- Current drives licence and ability to travel to other SGS locations and client sites (overnight stays) as required
