**About the Role**:

- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Prepare and review quotes, invoices, documentations, ticketing systems and general inquires from clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with vendors on pricing models of products.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

**About You**:

- At least 2 - 4 years of experience within a sales support or sales administrator role.
- Experience with quote generation, invoicing and order entry.
- Experience within the ICT space.
- Ideally looking for experience in CRM software systems such as Microsoft Dynamic 365 and ConnectWise.
- Strong sales process and workflow focus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
