**The Role**:

- Conduct cadastral surveys to establish and define property boundaries, easements, and land titles.
- Perform fieldwork using advanced surveying equipment and technology.
- Prepare accurate survey plans, documents, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to address surveying requirements.
- Interpret survey data, aerial photographs, and legal documents.
- Stay updated on land surveying regulations and industry best practices.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines during survey operations.
- Must be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
- Licensed Cadastral Surveyor in Queensland.
- Proven experience in cadastral surveying, including fieldwork and plan preparation.
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment (Total Stations, GPS, GIS).
- Strong knowledge of Queensland land laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
