We are looking for a Cafe Manager to join our team

As Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cafe, ensuring a high quality of service, and ensuring the cafe runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role, and you must be able to work independently, as well as with a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and payroll
- Oversee cafe operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer service
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared to the highest quality
- Manage and maintain supplies
- Monitor and analyze stock levels
- Monitor cafe performance, sales and profits
- Develop and implement marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Knowledge of food and beverage services
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
