Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this is a full time opportunity working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm at our Kenwick Head Office.This role is integral to the day to day operations of the business and ensures that our customers are provided with a premium quality service.

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- **Greeting visitors, employees and clients, assist with queries and sign in protocols**:

- **Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.**:

- **Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner**:

- **Scheduling meetings and managing the boardroom availability**:

- **Organising corporate events as required**:

- **Responding to customer and work colleagues enquiries**:

- **Maintaining stationary and ad hoc catering/kitchen supplies**:

- **Assist the People & Culture team with inductions and new starter compliance**:

- **Responsible for collating a monthly newsletter as part of the P&C team**:

- **Champion the PPE register and uniform inventory**
