**Description**:
Our Seaford House centre is looking for a Bachelor qualified Educational Leader to mentor and guide our passionate and committed early childhood team. This role is currently a non-contact role with some on-the-floor time required as per the centre’s needs.

**Day to day, you will**:

- Have a vision and a plan for educational excellence
- Plan, implement and evaluate programs through your exceptional understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Use a collaborative approach with educators to provide curriculum direction and guidance
- Understand the importance of building a community
- Empower educators and cultivate stronger leadership skills
- Create collaborative, inclusive learning environments.

**In essence, you will**:

- Lead by example to motivate exceptional educational practices
- Influence a positive climate and culture
- Have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and be a lifelong learner
- Inspire enthusiastic professionals to create and sustain rich inviting learning environments
- Have enthusiasm for implementing a Nature Play Program in the adjoining rainforest reserve filled with native flora and fauna.

**You will hold**:

- Current an ACECQA-approved Bachelor qualification.
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection Training
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
