**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Provide end to end HR service delivery including recruitment, learning and development, performance management and employment relations
- Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on policies and procedures when requested
- Provide guidance and advice to management to assist in achieving team and organisational goals.
- Work closely with our Recruitment Coordinator in recruitment processes
- Design, deliver and facilitate training courses (online and face to face)
- Provide support in regards to workplace resolution
- Conduct exit interviews,
- Return to work coordination
- Developing and implementing various HR policies and processes

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**

Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce or Social Sciences
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in the planning and delivery of HR processes
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders
- Problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, influencing, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of The Fair Work Act and employment legislation
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environments
- Strong team work ethic
- Ability to work autonomously

Desirable
- Experience working within a learning and development environment
- Experience working within the academic or research industry
- Experience working with health and safety
- Completion of a return to work coordinator training (or willingness to complete)
