**About the role of Group Risk Manager**:
As the Group Risk Manager you will play a key role in Icon’s Risk, Governance and Compliance uplift and ongoing management. In the position you will look after all aspects of Risk Management, Governance & Compliance, Insurance and Leadership.

**Responsibilities of Group Risk Manager**:

- Lead the uplift of a business wide risk management framework;
- Develop and monitor appropriate risk reporting throughout the business;
- Contribute to the group’s internal control development and monitoring;
- Advocate for a robust and transparent risk culture across the business;
- Establish and Chair a Risk & Audit committee or other Board delegated risk management process;
- Oversee and manage Icon’s insurance requirements and strategy particularly as it relates to managing risks;

**Required experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in risk management or finance with construction experience preferred
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation
- Established history of creative problem solving and ability to exercise sound judgment;
- Ability to implement crucial decisions based on accurate and timely analyses;
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
