**About the role**

TAFE NSW is looking for individuals with current industry experience and knowledge in Early Childhood Education to join our team of dedicated teachers with this permanent full time position based at TAFE NSW St Leonards Campus.

**About You**

You are a passionate and engaged individual who holds relevant qualifications and experience in Early Childhood Education and Adult education.

You have a customer focused approach, with demonstrated experience in establishing relationships with and providing exceptional customer service to diverse individuals.

You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills and your ability to facilitate adult learning. Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals who can meet the following Essential Requirements:

- Vocational qualifications in Early Childhood Education & Care (Certificate IV level or above; Bachelor of Education, Early Childhood desired)
- Minimum three years post-qualification experience, gained no longer than five years ago
- Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent and a commitment to maintaining competency
- Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency + VET knowledge and skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals
