**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role in a grocery chain
- **At least 3-5 years of experience in grocery chain is ESSENTIAL**:

- Strong understanding of grocery store operations and management
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary of $100k+ plus bonus
