**THE COMPANY**

**THE ROLE**

As the Client Onboarding and Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in their continued growth by managing the onboarding process for new clients by setting them up in various systems, and providing exceptional customer service by resolving client inquiries in a timely manner. Additionally, you will assist with office management tasks, including organising and ordering office supplies, scheduling events, and providing general administrative support as needed.

**DUTIES**
- Manage the daily onboarding process for new clients, setting them up in various systems
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and issues
- Convert sales orders to invoices on a daily basis
- Provide excellent customer service by answering internal and external accounts inquiries
- Generate accurate and timely reports and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory, order weekly office stationary, and provide support for office events and functions
