**About the business**

Rowcon Recycling is the largest privately owned construction & demolition waste recycler on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in concrete recycling & construction waste management at our purpose-built state of the art recycling facility located at Caloundra.

We process waste concrete, brick & asphalt materials into high quality drainage aggregates & roadbase products supplying civil contractors & major infrastructure projects with environmentally sustainable solutions.

**About the Role**

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced **Transport Allocator** to join our customer service & sales team. This exciting opportunity is based in our new vibrant Sunshine Coast offices, working within an experienced and supportive customer service team to provide customers with clean, green recycled material options for their construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide direction and support to our team of drivers and subcontractor drivers.
- Scheduling drivers and product deliveries to optimise vehicle utilisation to meet customer orders.
- Liaise with customers to communicate delivery status.
- Providing assistance to the customer service team with incoming calls, responding to customer queries about the company, products & services.

**About You**

You will have experience working within the logistics and road transport industry, with a strong concern for customer satisfaction and service standards. With strong organisational skill you are able to analyse vehicle movements and make informed decisions to optimise delivery schedules and meet customer orders.

You will value working relationships with your colleagues and customers, demonstrating the importance of building rapport and confidence with your drivers and customers to enhance relationships.

Experience and industry knowledge is desired although not essential, as full comprehensive training will be provided.

Pay: $62,760.00 - $88,120.34 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Transport scheduling: 2 years (preferred)
