Receptionist/administration/cafe

Ability to operate with limited supervision
- First aid/CPR certification preferred but can be arranged at own cost
- Blue card preferred but can be arranged at own cost
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, POS system
- Assist the Customer Care and Club Manager in reception
- High level of communication skills
- High level of customer service
- Cash handling
- Assisting Management and Chef to operate kitchen/café
- Swiping members cards
- Answering telephones
- Selling retail products using POS and CRM systems
- Assisting with EOM stocktake
- Confidence with point of sale and settling/managing tills
- Take bookings for contractors and Kids World
- Knowledge of all departments across the business
- Daily administration
- General front of house and kitchen cleanliness
- General closing and opening responsibilities
- Use of CRM system ‘Clubware’
- Use of POS system ‘REX’
- Working with Manager to assist with management of overdue accounts
- To report directly to Member Care Manager
- Barista skills/experience preferred
- Café skills, preparing and making protein shakes
- Available early morning, evenings and weekends

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burpengary Q, LD 4505: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista/cafe: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: One location

Expected Start Date: 20/01/2023
