**What You Will Be Doing**
The Project Officer is required to co-ordinate, implement and oversee the comprehensive Osteoarthritis and Arthroplasty program. This will involve process improvement and pathway redesign to provide a number of different pathways, services and a range of management options for patients referred for osteoarthritis and arthroplasty. This project role will focus on full pathway improvement including pre-surgical preparation process improvement and care in the home.
Key responsibilities include
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a collaborative partnership approach.
- Co-ordinate, implement and oversee Orthopaedic Arthroplasty project within Surgical Services.
- Set up and attend regular meetings between relevant individuals representing aspects of the project.
- Prepare agenda’s, write minutes and meet deadlines for meeting requirements.
- Set achieve realistic timelines to ensure projects reach targets and milestones.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Current registration with National Registration board (AHPRA) for registered professions or eligible for membership of relevant professional association for non-registered professions
- Program and project coordination and management skills
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to manage and lead change and motivate individuals and groups to a
