**B. Forklift Operator**

**Responsibilities**
- Transfer, stack and unstack bulk equipment, containers, pallets, creates, cartons and other materials

**Main Tasks**
- Inspect forklifts and carry out necessary tests prior to operation
- Unload materials from incoming vehicles and stack them in designated areas
- Prepare and transfer equipment and raw materials to production stations
- Move finished items to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Handle the forklifts correctly to avoid damages to stock and equipment
- Check condition of materials during loading, unloading, and handling operations
- Keep records of activities and movement of materials
- Carry out minor repairs, troubleshooting and cleaning of forklifts as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Experience of forklift operation
- Knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements
- Knowledge of industrial storage procedures
- Valid certification for operating forklifts
- Good physical condition and coordination
- Ability to work well in a team with other staff
- Record keeping skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
