**About Ku-ring-gai Council**

**About the role**

Council is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide efficient and effective support to the Operations team, mainly the Infrastructure Services unit.

Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to, day to day administrative tasks, providing assistance to internal and external stakeholders, correspondence management, document preparation, electronic filing using Content Manager software and preparation of requisitions and purchase orders.

**Required experience & skills**:
To be considered for this role, you will be highly organised, able to multitask and work autonomously with strong attention to detail. You will have previous experience in a similar role, outstanding administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams).
