**Position Available**

We are looking for a responsible individual who is honest, reliable and trustworthy. As a casual gardener, you will be an integral part of our garden team, assisting in the maintenance of our existing gardens while gaining valuable horticultural skills and experience on the job. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about gardens and keen to develop their skills in a professional environment.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Supporting all employees and assisting with service delivery and additional projects
- Developing horticultural skills including garden maintenance, plant knowledge, pest and disease management, and more
- Working collaboratively with experienced gardeners to efficiently complete tasks
- Maintaining open communication with management and colleagues

**Requirements**:

- Ability to meet Team Leader at specified locations in the St George, Sutherland, Campbelltown or Liverpool areas at 6:30AM. Car and license desirable/helpful
- Passion for gardens and outdoor work
- Positive, pro-active attitude
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Punctuality, reliability, and presentability
- Respectful and thoughtful demeanor
- Willingness to obtain Certificate III in Horticulture - Parks and Gardens
- COVID-19 vaccination (2 jabs required for government compliance)
- Cleared police check (instructions provided at job offer stage if successful)

**Salary**: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
