**About the Role**:
Established for over 25 years, our client is an Australian Importer and Distributor of a variety of products for the electrical engineering and power industry, with their clients including a number of Tier 1 Construction, Utility and Government organisations.
Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking a they are now seeking a self-motivated, hands-on individual who thrives on working in a fast paced environment and has the ability to “get in and get things done”. Responsibilities will include receipt and dispatch of goods, loading and unloading of trucks, stock control, inventory and ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse. You will need to be physically fit and have a clear understanding of Warehousing and Health and Safety processes.

**Duties**:
- Responsible for Inwards and Outwards Goods
- Picking and packing orders
- Unloading deliveries, including containers
- Stocktaking and regular audit checks
- Picking and Packing Orders
- Unpacking, counting and putting away stock orders
- Work with Internal divisions to ensure on time delivery to clients
- Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience in a stores/warehouse environment
- High level of customer service skills with the ability to meet daily KPI’s and delivery deadlines
- Proactive thinking, strong communication and organisation skills
- Be highly self motivated with the ability to use your initiative
- Be physically fit and reliable
- High level of computer skills
- Have a “can do” attitude and positive work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift Licence or ability to obtain a licence
