K9 Concierge is a boutique pet care provider operating on the Northern Beaches and suburb of Mosman in Sydney. We specialise in individually-tailored, one-on-one services such as solo dog walks, solo dog adventures, home visits and dog taxi trips. It is our mission to provide dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds and personality traits with excellent care, enriching their lives and helping their humans to fulfil their needs to the fullest.

We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, dog-adoring person to join our caring and supportive small team—someone who is keen to learn and grow with our business.

What this job involves:

- Getting to know every one of the dogs you will be caring for: their needs, likes and dislikes
- Working with dogs of different breeds, shapes, sizes and temperaments
- Collecting and dropping off dogs from their homes on the Northern Beaches
- Walking one or two dogs at a time
- Taking dogs on fun-filled adventures to the park/beach/lagoon/bush track, etc.
- Providing an excellent standard of care
- Being fully-engaged on the job and actively monitoring the dogs in your care
- Excellent customer service
- Written and verbal communication skills

There is also the opportunity for a suitable and interested applicant to partake in dog/house sitting duties with K9 Concierge, although this is entirely optional.

About you:

- A genuine love of working with animals—previous experience in working with dogs is preferred
- Passionate about the welfare of animals
- Patient, caring and compassionate
- Keen to learn and loves a challenge
- Fit, energetic and injury-free
- Loves the outdoors
- Clean driving record and a full Australian driver’s license
- Permitted to work in Australia
- Provides excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Willing to use technology to communicate with customers and team members

As a part of our hiring process, we will require that a police check is completed at our cost.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
