We are looking for a fit & eager applicant to join our team as a **casual** / Full time Installer, general Labour positions are also available for the right person. We are looking for people interested in getting involved with a sustainable circular economy employer. The role is primarily installing commercial office workstations and furniture, it may also be working in other areas of the business.

Based in Jabez Street, Marrickville NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Install Workstations**: Assemble and install office workstations, including desks, partitions, and seating, ensuring all components are correctly and securely set up.
- **Furniture Setup**: Assist with the arrangement and setup of office furniture and equipment at client locations.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all installations meet the highest quality standards, checking that everything is functional and correctly positioned.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient project completion.
- **Client Interaction**: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and the clients.

**To be considered for these positions, you must have the following essential requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in workstation installation, furniture assembly, or related fields is highly regarded. A background in dynamic industries such as hospitality is also welcomed.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift, move, and install heavy furniture and equipment.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Mindfulness and a commitment to delivering quality work.

**Must be willing and able to get a Working with Children Check (WWCC), and Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).**

**For this position, you must have the rights to work in Australia.**
