**About the role**

We’re looking for a **Practice Coordinator** to join our Client Connect Team as a full time employee at our **Northcote** office. This role offers varied work in a busy environment, and involves provision of support for practitioners, management of other onsite reception staff, initial bookings and triage, other associated reception functions and organising social events. You will play a key role in making sure the practice is a warm and welcoming environment where clients receive an exceptional standard of care.

**About you**

You’ll be able to demonstrate:

- At least one year's **experience in a similar administrative or office management role** in a psychological, allied health, medical or other private practice setting.
- An ability to deal **empathetically** with a diverse client base, including people with complex needs.
- **Attention to detail** is highly valued.
- A proven ability to **prioritise** competing demands and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent **communication** skills and a professional phone manner.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NORTHCOTE, VIC 3070: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Practice management: 1 year (preferred)
