**LANDSCAPING TRADESMAN**

Waratah Group Services is a well-established business operating for over 20 years with a great reputation providing high quality landscaping services on commercial, government and residential strata properties throughout Sydney.

Waratah Group Services have a fairly new fleet of vehicles and equipment (such as CAT excavators/skid steers, Hino trucks etc), so if you take pride in the equipment you use then we will be the company for you.

Waratah Group Services is currently seeking to employ highly motivated individuals to join our commercial landscape construction division. These full time roles involve leading a small team to maintain and continue to enhance our established and new contracts throughout Sydney.

Responsibilities of the Landscape Tradesman include but are not limited to:

- Proven track record in all areas of hard & soft landscaping
- Potential to lead a small team to complete commercial, government and residential landscaping across multiple sites
- Regularly liaising with our Construction Manager and clients
- Soft landscaping works - planting, irrigation work, turf installation etc
- Hard landscaping works - concreting, carpentry, fencing, retaining walls etc
- A range of other relevant landscaping works

The successful applicants will possess the following attributes:

- Experience in the landscaping industry
- Current unrestricted drivers licence (MR licence is preferable)
- Tertiary qualification in Landscaping
- Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment of varying size
- The ability to lead and encourage team members to work effectively together
- Good time management and communication skills
- The ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace
- A desire to provide a high quality commercial landscaping service

You must have an attention to detail, take pride in your work and help maintain a safe, proactive and productive work environment.

Should the landscape tradesman become a Team Leader then it will come with fully maintained company vehicle (ute and truck) and tool kit.

- Landscaping: 2 years (preferred)
