Are you looking for your next Data Analysis contract role?

A leading property firm are looking for Data Analysts to join there advisory technology team to help support the data management delivery of high quality reporting and analytics to the broader business.

You will be working as part of an engaging and highly focused team, collaborating to provide data quality, cleansing, preparation, system evaluations and the coordination of data migration and mining activities.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have extensive experience in collecting, analysing and cleansing data from different sources, and the ability to perform data migration between internal systems and being able to validate data transformation rules and draft/maintaining procedures and documentation for data migration.
- Data migration/analysis experience.
- Extensive data mapping, modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of data process and governance
- A passion for data on daily basis, developing your skills and leading from the front.
- Professional communications skills coupled with your high level of stakeholder engagement and management across technical, non-technical and senior leaders..
