Specialising in telecommunications construction, they are well positioned for growth driven by an increase in demand for data associated with 5G, the internet of things, and autonomous mining. They provide infrastructure and technical services to tier 1 miners, telecommunications carriers, and government.
**The gig**
This role will have you engaging with most people in the company, from directors and senior managers through most importantly to the people out in the field doing the work.
Your tasks will vary widely from supporting projects to supporting overall business operation. It will include: assisting with coordination and booking of flights, accommodation, training, and mobilisations to sites, as well as maintenance of all the information that’s required to enable that. The role is broad and varied.
**About you**
You are "super organised"
You take your work seriously and enjoy being on top of your workload. You have experience in business administration and ideally some exposure to quality systems.
You have seen what good systems and admin looks like in larger companies but understand smaller businesses and recognise that roles in smaller firms are diverse and fast-paced. You enjoy structure but can operate with ambiguity and change.
You communicate well and consider yourself to be highly relatable. You enjoy collaborating and getting involved.
You are numerate, a problem solver, thorough, disciplined and outcomes oriented. What’s really importantly is that you have a can-do attitude and that you are the sort of person that rolls up your sleeves and makes things happen.
