We will provide you with in-house training, and some technical knowledge and call centre experience is required

**A typical day in the life might include**:

- Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Capture the nature of the issue and explain to new customers how our service works
- Schedule appointments with the right technician for the job
- Resolve customer concerns and post service queries
- Provide friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians
