**About us**:
The myHomecare Group is the largest home care provider in Australia who support older Australians to continue living in their homes longer. With a rich 100-year history, we have been delivering exceptional care to older Australians since the year our oldest client was born. We have the added benefit of an innovative, creative and passionate team who are constantly striving to get better outcomes for our clients.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Action all WARM inbound leads
- Active pipeline management
- Qualify leads for appropriate model of care
- Ensure all data received is accurately entered into our CRM
- Update and maintain CRM with all leads
- Engage with consumers, family members and/or representatives with empathy and understanding
- Inform consumers of the best available support we can provide through their level of Home Care Package
- Be focused on commercial outcomes
