About the Role

What you’ll be doing:
- Create, edit and publish website content and pages in the enterprise CMS- Create, maintain and support content changes on the website whilst adhering to best practice guidelines and risk processes- Manage content lifecycle, from initial request and prioritisation to digital asset selection, stakeholder review, feedback and publication- Build positive, productive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders to advocate for digital and create high-quality, personalised content experiences that meet both business and customer needs- Collaborate across digital teams to create a quality online experience for our customers- Function as an SME for the CMS, working with product owners and development teams to feed in requirements and test new components- Contribute to process creation and optimisation, to improve efficiency of content delivery- Work closely with Analytics and Optimisation teams to support the execution of testing initiatives and personalised journeys across the website

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:
- Enthusiasm, can-do attitude and be driven to achieve positive outcomes- Collaborative by nature you will have the ability to develop strong relationships across the Digital Production team and build a presence with key stakeholders throughout AGL.- Ability to interpret and review written materials and re-craft them with highly developed creative writing skills and innovation

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Previous experience in a Digital Content Producer, Content Publisher or comparable role- Experience using a digital CMS; Adobe Experience Manager and/or Sitecore, preferred but not mandatory- Proactive, collaborative stakeholder management skills, and ability to create trusted relationships through communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to independently manage many concurrent tasks and prioritise according to constraints and business objectives (eg deadlines, business value)- Understanding of UX, optimising content for search and analytical tools- Experience working in an Agile environment
