JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiastic **Food & Beverage Attendant** to join our fantastic F&B team at the Citrique Seafood Restaurant on a** part time basis.**

**About the role**

You’re a food and beverage enthusiast who really enjoys making others feel at home. When you work with us, you'll get to entertain and meet people from all over the world as you build your experience. **Critical responsibilities**:

- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
- Warmly welcome & serve our guests
- Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
- Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
- Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
- Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
- Use of POS system
- Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
- Maintaining standards of hygiene and food handling
- Promoting safety and support WHS practices
- Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Barista skills advantageous
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
