Junction is looking for a trainee who wants to build their career by undertaking a **Certificate III in Business Administration** within an organisation that's in the business of making positive change for our community. As our Housing Services Support Trainee, you will be responsible for providing administrative and reception support across Junction's Housing Services team. This role will give you the opportunity to study tertiary qualifications whilst receiving an income and learning valuable on-the-job skills.
What a day in your traineeship looks like:
- Maintaining an active presence at the reception desk and responding promptly and appropriately to tenants and clients
- Taking accurate messages and forwarding them to the appropriate person in a timely manner
- Monitoring the maintenance inbox
- Matching work orders, codes and entering maintenance invoices for payment
- Follow up work orders to facilitate reporting compliance and produce reports
- Provide prompt and appropriate tenancy information relating to rent ledgers, scheduled inspections, or other tenancy-related matters to tenants

We are seeking a keen individual who:
- Has sound verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Holds basic computer literacy skills
- Has attention to detail with data accuracy and sound numeracy skills
- Can work collaboratively with others and use initiative and work independently, when required
- Would like to study a Certificate III in Business Administration

**You Will Need To**:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a General Probity Check
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Safe Environments Certificate
- Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process
